CDI for 50-125cc horizontal engines - single square female plug - 5 pins used - lower centre pin is connected to kill-switch - This is a AC powered unit. You can determine that your CDI is AC powered if your engine runs without a battery. An AC CDI is powered by the stator usually via a red/black wire.
